Location: Exeter or Plymouth - Hybrid split of home and office
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

The role
, Full responsibility for the administration of the Finance departments for 2 businesses.
, You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers via email and telephone
, Process supplier invoices, employee expenses and business credit card statement
, Reconciliation of monies received via card payment
, Responsible for the collections of aged receivables and monitoring of client accounts
, Preparation of payment runs to suppliers
, Other adhoc finance and admin tasks

- Intermediate Excel skills
- AAT Level 3 is desirable
