Customer Service Advisor – £20,592 – Canterbury - Full time – Permanent

We are looking for a highly customer focused person to join our Customer Service Team in Canterbury.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.

The will also be able to show they have experience with dealing with a variety of different people in a professional manner.  

What you’ll do:

• You will be responsible for taking inbound telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, and monitoring our Live Chat facility for a variety of customer queries. 
• You will also be responsible for processing Penalty Notice Appeals.
  
  This requires high attention to detail to ensure all information provided is accurate. 
• You will have excellent customer service and listening skills to be able to respond to enquiries in a professional and understanding manner. 

• You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You will have an interest in learning new subjects and building on your knowledge of computer systems.
• You will be able to manage multiple tasks at a time and adapt well to change.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.
