x2 Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider – Kent - £39,000

CBW is working with a leading installation, servicing and maintenance contractor that is looking to add two additional Mobile Air Conditioning service Engineer’s to their team.

The client has a strong portfolio of blue chip clients throughout the UK but this position will be covering Kent.  The portfolio of clients that you will be working with range from: Gyms, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.

This position comes with uncapped OT and plenty available.

Key Responsibilities

Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems
Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels Installing HVAC components Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems Finding and fixing faults

Hours of work

Monday Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
30 mins travel each way
OT after 40 hours at 1.5 Sat and Sun OT at 1.5
On-call 1in 4 - On-call door to door travel paid
Holidays - 30 days (including stats)
Pension
Fully expensed van - Business use only

Requirements

Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
F - Gas 2079
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
