Practitioner (Deputy)TPA- Spalding (part time)

The overall purpose of this role includes:

To work as a member of the Targeted Positive Activities team in Lincolnshire, supporting the provision of quality, stimulating sessions for children and young people with a range of disabilities and some complex health needs
To lead the session in the absence of the Senior Practitioner, e.g.

Annual Leave
To follow direction of the Senior Practitioner to work with the children and young people attending the Targeted Positive Activities sessions.
To work with children and young people developing positive relationships with them and their families
To actively participate in staff meetings, supervision sessions and training opportunities

This role is all year round consisting of

24 sessions x 4hr Youth & Community groups per year term time– 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month 4:30-8:30pm
12 x 6hr Holiday Clubs – 12 weeks in the school holidays – Tuesdays 9:30-3:30pm
