LNG Originator

A major global energy player is looking to hire an LNG Originator to join their Global LNG team in London.
 
As part of an LNG team responsible for the negotiation and management of term deals and the optimisation, through trading short term and spot LNG, of an already well established LNG portfolio, , you will be working closely with those in Houston and Singapore and will be tasked with further developing the business’ market presence, including new markets, sourcing new LNG supplies, accessing terminal regasification capacity, and originating opportunities to allow for the further optimisation and enhancement of the value of the global LNG portfolio.
 
You will be educated to degree level, with experience in LNG and/or gas, preferably within origination and/or business development.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in negotiating and closing commercial transactions, experience in SPAs and MSPAs, with excellent communication skills, and you will come with an established network of relevant industry contacts.
