We are working with a firm close to the Cotswolds with a strong client base and excellent reputation for providing a full range of legal services to both private and commercial clients.

This is a development opportunity with scope for progression so we are looking for an enthusiastic, willing and strong team player who can take over an established role within the firms Commercial Property Department.

The Head of Department requires able support from a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor who will also become involved in the marketing and internal development aspects of the department.

You will have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness, and possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills and be IT proficient.

Successful candidates will have 3 + years PQE a proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing, The ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handle a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents ,a good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law and will have proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships.
