Working a standard nine-to-five shift here is the norm meaning that The Tank Museum will provide you with all the pace and buzz of a busy restaurant without the split shifts and constant evening work.

As well as the day-to-day operation of the Museum, Events play a big part in this role.

With corporate bookings, weddings & premium event days throughout the year, this is not just a visitor attraction role.

We have events where we cater for up to 250 at sit-down, 3-course dinners.

Equally, we have small intimate weddings for 20 people.

Events is a significant income stream for the Museum and the Catering makes or breaks the event and as a chef, you will be expected to support the Catering Operations Manager in all aspects of food creation and preparation.

Within our day-to-day catering operation, you will bring flair and passion to the food we serve and will consistently strive to increase our profits whilst providing excellent customer service to all our visitors.

With sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations and with some supervisory skills you will assist the Catering Manager in providing a world-class catering experience throughout all The Tank Museum's catering outlets and events.
