We are working with a full service law firm, providing high quality legal advice as part of an international world leading global network

The property team currently has an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join the team.

Within the role you would be responsible for managing your own caseload of files that include sales, purchases, leasehold, mortgages, unregistered titles, and transfer of ownership.

You would be responsible for maintaining a high level or client contact to ensure they are updated regularly, developing a strong rapport.

This role would be suitable for Residential Property Solicitors from 3-5 year PQE as there are a range of matters varying in complexity from individuals buying a property as a private residence or a partnership or company purchasing a property as an investment .

The ideal candidate will have technical and procedural knowledge, organisational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
