CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a leading company based in Glasgow.

Your main responisbility will be to update systems and ensure all relevant work sheets are logged and organised accordingly.

You must be comfortable using management systems and chasing up work from sub contractors.

Key responsibilities:

1.

Handle multiple levels of administrative duties
2.

Ensure that company policies, procedures and practices are followed
3.

Compile findings,utilize spreadsheets for evaluation
4.

Work alongside IMS Co-Ordinator and Health & Safety Manager to ensure that the quality of the data within
the IMS system is maintained to an excellent standard
5.

Help with the planning and preparation for internal & external audits
6.

Manage and record meeting minutes
7.

Liase with other staff members on behalf of senior management
8.

To provide flexible cover across the IMS Team
9.

Undertake any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager

Person specification:

• Previous administrative experience 
• Familiar with using management systems 
• Extremely organised individual
• Keen to be progressed 
• ISO knowledge 
• Beneficial to have health and safety knowledge 

• Salary up to £20,000 DOE
• 28 days holiday
