Account Manager - Plastics (Remote)

I have been retained by a speciality chemicals and services company to find them an ambitious and commercially astute, Account Manager.

The role will cover a broad range of end clients within the plastics and polymers industries, and working closely with the commercial teams, will involve developing existing and new accounts, providing excellent customer service, and making sure that all problems / issues are resolved.

The role can be operated 100% remotely and will cover clients across the UK.

The company is a leader in a technical industry, so ideally looking for someone with a technical background and relevant industry experience.

Extensive training on the products and processes will be given too.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Proven account management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to spot opportunities
• Ideally Chemistry or Chemical Engineer degree / qualifications
• Strong MS Office experience / skills
