Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider  – Bristol - Temp £18 per hour 

 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated on Bristol.

CBW are currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer to be based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.

Working alongside the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of fabric planned and reactive maintenance across the site (Tenant areas) In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to£18 per hour.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Basic Carpentry 
• Painting and plasterboard.
• Changing locks.
• Door hinges.
• Floor repairs.
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing.
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort subcontractors

• Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 

• A trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• A strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
