Sales Ledger Supervisor Job in Norwich

We are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Supervisor to join the friendly team in Norwich.

Some duties of Sales Ledger Supervisor nclude:

• Banking, cash postings, and posting to the ledger in Keyloop
• Verify and receipt all income against sales invoices
• Take all cash and cheques to the bank as required
• Provide information to the dealership accountant regarding any problems which might adversely affect the production of monthly accounts
• Maintain and reconcile sales ledger accounts
• Deal with enquiries from customers
• Be involved in all aspects of Credit Control and debtor reporting
• Process all credit references for new customers in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor and review credit accounts and liaise with managers in respect of credit limits and ensure company procedures are followed
• Completion of ad hoc financial accounting tasks
• Any other task as required by the Management Accountants or Financial Controller
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving systems within the department
