CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in West London to carry out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across Sites in Uxbridge, Harrow and Hayes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

The company is offering a competitive salary iof up to £40,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

 

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Complete fault finding & repair of a range of electrical & mechanical plants & equipment.
  • Responsible for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical & electrical plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.
  • Effective servicing, fault diagnosis & repair work of HVAC equipment to current standards.
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
  • Water Treatment
 

Hours of Work and package
  • Basic Salary of up to £40,000
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pensions
  • Van and fuel card 
  • OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekend.
  • Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniform.
 

Requirements
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
  • City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
