Support Co-Ordinator

About The Role
Excellent development opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to step up to a Support Co-ordinator role to work as part of a committed team that provide holistic recovery-focused support to our clients with Mental Health across our 3 sites in Exeter and Exmouth.

This role works closely with and deputises for the Deputy Manager (Exmouth) to co-ordinate day-to-day operational needs of the service and ensure the effective delivery of quality support services.  You will work closely with our team of Mental Health Support Workers to ensure Support Plans and Risk Management Plans are implemented and progressed for all of our clients.  You will also line manage our bank of Relief Support Workers.
