Electrician

2X Electrician-Central Belt-£40,000 PA

CBW has a great new opportunity for an experienced domestic electrician to join a leading FM company.  You will assist in carrying out installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Storage Heater & Mechanical Vents in domestic properties.

Solar panel install experience would be benefitial however not neccessary as training on this is provided.

Key responsibilities:

1.

Ensure on-site installations comply with industry accreditation and funding requirements.
This will involve compliance in areas such as training, PAS2035, ISO9001, H&S,
manufacturer and statutory.
2.

Liaising with office staff to ensure adequate resource and materials are in place for
successful installations.
3.

Successful candidates will also participate in installations of Renewables Projects and will be
provided with the required training to do so.
4.

Attend meetings/toolbox talks when required.
5.

Commitment to the use of best practice, continuous improvement and service excellence.
6.

Ensuring each installation has the required supply and earth bonding in place.
7.

Any other duties as may be specified from time to time.

Person specification:

  • Fully qualified electrician 
  • Domestic install background essential 
  • Comfortable with away work on a rota basis 
  • Experience in installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Storage Heater & Mechanical Vents
  • Great communication skills to effectively liaise with customers
In return:

  • Salary of £40,000
  • Overnight allowance of £50 plus food allowance 
  • 28 days holiday 
  • Monday-Friday 8-4
