Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Battersea - £38,000


Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London.

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a large commercial estate in Battersea.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

This is a great local role for a potential candidate.
 

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)

  • Emergency lighting

  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)

  • Chillers - Re-set

  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & Colds)

  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

  • General building fabric

  • Monitor mechanical plant

  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Hours of Work

 

Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

08:00 am to 17:00pm

 

Requirements

  • Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 essential 

  • City & Guild level 3 preferred City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias 

  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 

  • Installation experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Happy to cover a large site 

  • Honest, hard-working and reliable

Package

  • Up to £38,000 per annum

  • Overtime available 

  • 25 days holiday + BH

  • Company Pension
