Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

We offer advocacy, counselling, support in the community and at court, and a range of other help to both adults and children.

Position available: 1 full-time position (37.5 hours), based across the Black Country
Salary: £24,907 - £30,615

Are you an experienced data officer or analyst looking for a new challenge with an organisation with a positive social impact that changes people's lives?

The Role:

The Performance and Data Officer will be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting and presenting BCWA's data for a variety of audiences.

This will include producing external reports for our range of commissioners, grant-funders and donors, and producing internal analysis and reporting for our management and executive team.

The post will also support development and communications with stories about our impact.

The Performance and Data Officer will work closely with the Development and Communications Manager and BCWA's heads of operational service areas to ‘tell the story' of BCWA.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires: excellent IT skills (including SQL, Excel and Python); good organizational skills; accuracy; attention to detail; data analysis skills; a high level of written and verbal communication; and an ability to work within agreed timescales.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available at all our sites and distributed to all staff as appropriate.
