Porter

Immediate Temporary Porters - Charing Cross, London - FM Service Provider - £11.05 per hour  

Exciting opportunity for a Porter to work for an established company situated in Charing Cross, London.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record as a Porter and have experience working in a corporate office.

 



Hours of work:    05:00am - 13:00pm - Monday - Friday (Weekend off)  

6:30am - 16:00pm - Monday - Friday (Weekends off)  

08:00am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday (Weekend off)    


Key duties & responsibilities: 

• Moving furniture
• Helping with office moves 
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Ensure building entrance is free of clutter at all times
• Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room
• Arrange taxi services upon request
• Run errands for guests and employees
• Fix minor technical issues, like changing bulbs
• Report damages, call technicians and monitor repairs
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow evacuation rules in case of emergencies
