HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid split of home and office (Eccles) with bi-weekly travel to Leicester
Salary: £45,000 per annum


Part of the Citation Group, ELAS Occupational Health and Industrial Diagnostic Company together provide nationwide, on-site Health Surveillance and Occupational Health services.

The role
This role will be embedded in the Health business, comprised of ELAS Occupational Health (Eccles) and Industrial Diagnostic Company (Leicester), reporting to the Managing Director.

You'll be an integral part of the division in a semi-standalone role, whilst working closely with the Group HR Team.

As a commercial HR Generalist, you'll be comfortable working across the HR spectrum to deliver the People Plan, all aspects of day-to-day HR Support, driving change, supporting rapid business growth and a variety of ambitious and exciting projects all while making sure our culture is nurtured and developed.

It's a true generalist position!
, Work closely with the leadership team to drive the People Plan, identify and deliver key HR initiatives
, Recruitment - With support from the Citation Group recruitment team, you'll need to work with business leaders to ensure our business grows by attracting talent
, Provide HR support for all matters in your business area including; performance management, training and development, ER issues including: Grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, long-term sick, disputes, TUPE, colleague wellbeing including maternity/paternity
, Project work - We're constantly growing and evolving so there'll be plenty to get stuck into
, Stats - Understanding our people numbers helps us perform better
, Rewards & remuneration - From helping develop our benefits to doing the admin and liaising with payroll you'll be involved
, Admin - In a semi-standalone role, it will cover all bases, including making sure we get our admin right
, Compliance/business protection - You know the importance of this and will make it integral to the way we work
, Colleague engagement - Everything we do is aimed at protecting and building our high-performance culture and our great colleague engagement scores.


, Internal Comms - you'll be key to ensuring internal comms are in line with Group brand and engaging
, L&D - We like to keep it relevant, quick and easy to access, be prepared to get involved in supporting the delivery of existing programmes and help to create new material.

As we grow, leadership training will play a key part in our strategy.

Ideally, you'll also have..
, Experience or exposure to large change projects (could include restructures or business integrations)
, Experience of working in a standalone or semi-autonomous role would be advantageous
, Experience of writing and delivering training
, CIPD level 5 or 7 or equivalent experience
