Salary: Up to £26,250 per annum depending on experience
Working hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Location: Hybrid working with the option to based at any of the following centres:
Oxford - The Old Music Hall, OX4 1JE
London - The Green House, E2 9DA
Bristol - Streamline BS4 3AS, or Brunswick Court BS2 8PE

Role Summary

Ethical Property provide flexible workspace to a range of impact organisations, such as charities, non-profits, social enterprises, and B Corps.

We have 21 UK centres and more than 300 tenants across our office, co-working and retail spaces.

As the Sales Executive, you will be part of our Sales team, helping to bring more vibrant and inspiring changemakers into our buildings.

Working with the Sales Manager (line manager for this role) and Senior Sales Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of space-filling.

No two days are the same - as the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you'll build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and convey the benefits of being an Ethical Property tenant.

You'll be sending information, arranging viewings, and following through all aspects of the customer journey to its successful conclusion, collaborating with regional colleagues along the way.

You may be negotiating prices or lease terms, nurturing leads or finding new ones, keeping our website and online listings up to date, assisting with space promotion events and activities, and ensuring our CRM and internal record-keeping is accurate.

This role also involves close collaboration with our Operations and Marketing teams, and routine administrative tasks.

Occasional travel to our centres may be required.

The Post

The post holder will be responsible for:
, Selling all space within our centres and seeing through the full sales process from enquiry to tenant onboarding.

This entails:
o Responding to enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients until space is found to meet their needs
o Ensuring accurate enquiry records are kept and regularly updated within the CRM;
o Negotiating lease terms
o Keeping online listings and some website pages up to date
o Outbound lead generation (no cold calling)
o Providing general administrative and operational support to the team

Additionally, the post holder will participate in
, Space promotion activity
, Conducting occasional viewings
, Supporting the delivery of our digital and SEO strategy
, Collaborating within Sales, Operations and the PR & Marketing Teams on our wider strategy and offer
, Other activities/tasks appropriate to the role

Person Specification

This is a busy, demanding and ‘hands-on' role.

We are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, confident and a problem solver.

You don't necessarily need previous sales or property experience, but you do need to be a capable and fast learner.

You will have:

, Excellent oral and written communication skills
, To be organised and efficient - able to prioritise work within tight deadlines and multi-task;
, Accuracy and attention to detail;
, An understanding of a ‘soft sales' approach
, Good negotiation skills
, Willingness to get stuck into routine tasks as well as more interesting projects
, A good level of IT literacy
, Some understanding of the needs of the voluntary and community sector;

Contractual Details

This is a permanent role with a three-month probationary period.

Benefits include holiday entitlement (pro-rata) in addition to all public bank holidays.

The salary for this role is up to £26,250 depending on skills and experience.
