CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to take on a leadership role within a fast-growing FM company.

You must have relevant leadership experience and have been in a similar helpdesk/coordinator role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Helpdesk team in order to maintain good and effective client relations
  • Be the point of contact for escalation of queries and complaints in a calm and considerate manner
  • Be a leader to the Helpdesk staff whilst liaising with managers
  • Carry out monitoring of CAFM (Job Logic) data to ensure that work orders, quotes and invoices have been
    accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Work as a team with Facility/Contract Managers to ensure company values are adhered to 
Person specification:

  • 2 years relevant FM experience 
  • Keen to develop and be a leader within the Helpdesk team
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget, personnel management and
    personnel policy
  • Ability to quickly evaluate issues and identify resolution.
In return:

  • Salary of £24,000
  • 22 days plus bank holidays
