Senior Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager who is looking for a role at a growing company with great progression opportunities.

Our client is at the forefront of cloud hosting technology.

Their SaaS-based platform helps digital agency owners easily manage their website hosting and build recurring revenue through our platform.

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be working alongside our Growth Account Manager and reporting to our Sales Manager.
  • You will be responsible for growing your accounts monthly recurring revenue through project support, consolidation and identification of new opportunities.
  • A core part of the role involves building account growth plans for both existing and newly onboarded agencies.

What you’ll need to succeed
●    Proven account management experience including implementing strategic account growth plans
●    A commercial mindset that can match a company's service with their clients' problems
●    Demonstrable experience in planning, qualification, detailed questioning, objection handling and closing
●    Familiarity with a CRM such as Pipedrive or sales tool equivalent
●    Comfortable dealing with C-level decision makers and business owners
●    Target-driven with proven experience of regularly hitting targets
