About The Role
Do you have a good understanding of recruitment? Then join the Salvation Army Housing Association (Saha) as a Recruitment Coordinator on a 12 month FTC and you could soon be playing a vital role, supporting our hiring managers with their recruitment needs.

About the role:
You will provide comprehensive recruitment support to our hiring managers in a challenging recruitment market and industry, ensuring the right people are recruited to the right roles, in line with Saha’s culture, values and behaviours.

Suggesting and implementing new recruitment ideas to Saha which are relevant to the individual locations of our offices and services, whilst promoting the Saha brand.

About The Candidate
Keen to make a difference, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You can also bring energy and passion, plus a positive, can do attitude in your genuine desire to help transform lives.

A proven ability to support our hiring managers with their recruitment needs including, advertising vacancies, CV searches, arranging interviews and building the Saha brand through social media and local communities. What’s more, you will investigate and source new recruitment methods and platforms to increase candidate attraction in a challenging market / industry and support our hiring managers in job fairs nationwide.
