PMO Coordinator (Contract)

Job Title: PMO Coordinator
Location: Remote working (Client based in London)
Contract: Inside IR35
Hours/Duration: Full time, 5 days per week.

Initial 3 Month contract with potential to be extended.

The role of PMO Coordinator

Our client, who is in the insurance industry based in London, is looking for an experienced PMO Project Coordinator to support with the project governance and packages of work as outlined below.

This role is initially for 3 months with strong potential to be extended.

This role will be worked remotely.

The successful candidate will work alongside a Project Manager to help deliver the following internal projects;

  • Telephony migration

  • Software Application migration

  • Onboarding into a new HR system

  • Any other packages of work deemed a priority

Key Requirements:

  • Working Group notes and actions taking and distribution

  • Actions chasing

  • Plan preparation and management (MS Project)

  • RAID management

  • Change and decision log recording

  • Draft reporting for submission to PM

  • Data collating (ad hoc)

  • Presentation pack building (ad hoc)

  • Any other ad hoc tasks

The successful applicants should have 3-4 years demonstrable experience in an IT PMO role and will understand the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a project delivery perspective.
