Lifecycle Assistant/Coordinator

Lifecycle Assistant/Coordinator-Glasgow-Up to £30,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent opportunity for a Lifecycle Assistant/Coordinator to join a leading FM company in the Glasgow area.

The main objective of this role is to be responsible for working within the FM team establishing, managing & coordinating the lifecycle & variation works, liaising with on-site FM managers and clients to coordinate the base works plans with the actual requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Lifecycle Team with:
    o producing the Condition Survey Files (Excel format)
    o producing and updating the Lifecycle Planning & Progress Files (Excel format)
    o keeping all relevant Programme & Tracker files up to date (Excel & MS Project format)
  • Issuing works information to Contractors for pricing.
  • Working with the team in the preparation of budget costings for proposed projects
  • Project cost management & administration
  • Liaising with and reporting to Clients
  • General administration and coordination role to support the LC team delivery
  • Future growth opportunities may be available within the LC team including procurement,
    specific work package ownership/delivery
  • Future career development opportunities may be available higher education courses within
    Facility Management/Built Environment
Criteria:

  • Have excellent written communication skills, be IT literate on all Microsoft Office programmes
    specific importance on Microsoft Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to manage own workload and be an effective team player
  • Must be able and willing to travel, mainly central belt
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Background in the Construction/Facilities sector
