If so, saha has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Housing Services Manager to lead our Neighbourhood Managers and Income team providing services across the Country.

About The Candidate
You will:
  • Be responsible for the provision and delivery of Saha’s housing management services helping ensure we meet our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the work of Neighbourhood Managers and the Income Management team, delivering excellent customer service to our tenants improving resident satisfaction across all schemes
  • Be the lead in building and managing internal and external relationships with stakeholders to deliver collaborative and joined up services
  • Develop and deliver strategic and operational excellence in tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, customer satisfaction, complaints management, safeguarding, health and safety and community development
  • Deliver an efficient and effective housing management service to tenants meeting Key Performance indicators such as for arrears, voids, anti-social behaviour and the range of tenancy and estate services
  • Take the lead on developing, renewing and performance managing estate services contracts, service level agreements and other relevant general needs services with a focus on value for money
  • Develop and implement best in class housing services including providing the team with clear operational processes and tool kits to achieve high quality and consistent services and administration across all areas of operation
