Scheduler - FM Service Provider - Westminster,London - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum 

Exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to work for an established FM service provider situated in Westminster.

The main duties for both roles will include all aspects of helpdesk, day to day administration tasks, working closely with the Helpdesk Manager, call outs, scheduling engineers and answering calls/emails.

This will include background checks etc. 

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (07:30am to 16.30pm)   Full time in the office (No flexibility to work from home)   Benefits:    The successful candidate will receive £1,000 if they pass there 6 month probation. 

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
  • Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
  • To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
  • Attending to queries should they arise
  • General administration support
  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
  • Helpdesk/Scheduling experience (job requests and tracking etc.) essential
