B2B SAAS Business Development Executive

Over the past year, they’ve grown exponentially and added some of the world’s best-known brands to their client list of 1,100+ brands.
They are on a mission to make data analytics and data visualisation a ubiquitous tool for data-driven organisations through code-free and incredibly intuitive UI.
The business development representative (BDR, for short) is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the data visualization and analytics product; via inbound and outbound channels.
The BDR will triage and qualify incoming leads and prospect buyers via email, phone, and other outbound methods.
The BDR will need to be programmatic in their approach to reaching out to a large number of prospective customers and keeping track of progress.
The main mission/output of the BDR is to lock in demos/meetings for the sales team to run with.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in Business Development; with software companies, B2B, SaaS offerings
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills, strong business acumen
- Strong ability to influence and qualify opportunities at all levels
- Start-up experience will be very useful
- Proven track record of telephone, email, social sales experience
- Experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce an advantage
