Customer Support Manager

Main Tasks will include:

-Building and Maintaining customer relations
-Supporting the customer service team
-Monitoring and improving teams KPI's
-Ensuring SLA's with clients are met
-Being an escalation point for the team and for clients
-Managing customer complaints, taking ownership and acting with autonomy
-General Administration work to support the team when needed

Monday to Friday

-Previous Experience in a similar management role is essential
-A technical background within the coffee machine/espresso machine industry is desirable but not
essential
