Receptionist - FM Service Provider - London Kings Cross - £20,000 per annum   

An excellent opportunity to work for a building services company situated in London Kings Cross.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to be based on a site located at Kings Cross.

The successful candidate will be confident, polite and reliable.

We would consider a junior Receptionist with a little experience but must have customer service experience. 

Hours of Work   

Monday to Friday (11:00am to 18:00pm - 30 hours per week)

Essential Responsibilities

  • To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
  • Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e.

    check-in / check out
  • To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
  • Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
  • Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
  • Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk 
 Essential Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
