Job Title: Infrastructure Programme Manager
Location: Hybrid (Site based Northampton) with some remote working
Contract: Inside IR35
Hours/Duration: Full time, 5 days per week.

Initial 3 Month contract with likely potential to be extended.



The Role of Programme Manager
Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Programme Manager to join their Infrastructure and Service Delivery Team based in Northampton.

This role offers an Infrastructure Programme Manager an excellent opportunity to be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects ensuring agreed outcomes are consistently delivered on time and to budget whilst continually maintaining excellent quality.

This engagement is anticipated to last for 3-6 months, working onsite in Northampton when needed.


About you
This role will suit somebody with demonstrable experience Infrastructure Programme Management, who has multiple senior stakeholder management skills and team management.

Desirable skills also include experience in: -



  • Facilitate the definition of programme and project scope, goals and deliverables and ensure that project teams are well aligned to those objectives throughout the entire lifecycle

  • Working client side with senior stakeholders

  • Corporate project work with multi-disciplinary teams at a variety of levels

  • Line management of a team of Technical Project Managers and a Business Analyst with responsibility for their personal and professional development.

  • Well organised and proficient at developing good quality documentation

  • The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
