Administrator/Coordinator - FM Service Provider – London Fenchurch Street – £24,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in London Fenchurch.

I am currently recruiting for an  Administrator/Coordinator where your duties will include compliance, general admin, FM and CAFM systems.

The client is looking for an experienced administrator who had similar skills to the JD below.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key dutiess

  • CAFM or Administrational role experience desirable.
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective knowledge and experience with the following
  • Use of Microsoft Word and Excel, intermediate standard.
  • Administrational processes and procedures.
  • Liaising with clients
  • Quotes
  • Purchase orders
  • Scheduling Engineer

  • Able to produce work of the highest standard and prepared to learn new skills in order to achieve a quality outcome.
