Service Administrator

Service Administrator  - FM Service Provider – Upminster, Essex – £25,000 + 

Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in Upminster, Essex.

I am currently recruiting for an Service Administrator where your duties will include compliance, general admin, and phone calls, payroll and all aspects of finance.

Hours of work 

08:30am - 17:30pm

Must be able to drive due to the location - Parking on site

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an administrator. 

Key duties & responsibilities

  • Joint first point of contact
  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
  • Using various client portals
  • Using internal bespoke software for diary appointments
  • Liaising with engineers and clients via email and phone call
  • Responding to client call out requests within SLA’s
  • Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineer’s diaries
  • Contract renewals
  • Updating sub-contractor contract forms
  • Processing quotes for clients and sending for approval
  • Following up outstanding quotes
  • Processing weekly service sheets and reports
  • Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
  • Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
  • Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
  • Raising purchase orders for materials/services required
