Employee Communications Manager

Employee Communications Manager, West London, £45-50K + 20% Bonus + Bens.

You should have a background in employee communications, working in HR or an internal communications environment, ideally with some experience of employee engagement activities including what motivates, engages and retains employees.

The role:

, Manage the on-boarding of a variety of clients from 1,000 employees to 10,000+ employees creating their communications and engagement content and strategy.


, Bringing new and innovative ideas to the table on how to help us communicate more effectively.
, Create communications strategy, commentary and recommendations based on analysis to help us continue evolving our messaging and effectiveness.
, Work closely with Implementation and Client Success teams to acquire opportunities for and to execute B2C communications campaigns.
, Create multi-channel communications content for the client and our client community.
, Ensure our message is on brand and compliant per regulatory guidelines for all communications materials working closely with Compliance and Design.
, Execute surveys and feedback campaigns with our clients as well as plan and conduct focus groups.
, Track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimised for success.

, You have 2-3 years experience working in a HR or Internal Communications environment; with some experience of employee engagement activities including what motivates, engages and retains employees would be an advantage.
, You have strong planning, organising, logistic and stakeholder management skills
, You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, Adobe and G-suite package skills (primarily Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) to produce slide decks and document requirements.
, You have experience using survey tools such as Typeform and Survey Monkey as well as experience running webinars using GoToWebinar.

This Employee Communications Manager role is a hybrid position based in West London and pays c£45-50K base + 20% Bonus, 25 days holiday + 1 extra on your Birthday, annual personal development budget.
