We are Citation Group.

We offer colleagues and clients an opportunity they will not gain at many other businesses.

We are interested in growth, investment and service excellence, we have never and will never grow our business by cost cutting or tying people up in bureaucracy.

We don't do politics - we want people focused upon actions and delivery.

We don't do micro-management - we empower, support and innovate.

We are leaders, not empire builders and we love our business.

You'll be responsible for managing our HR Advisor and as part of a small team, you'll also be needed to help with essential HR administration such as contracts and offers in their absence, so we need someone who's not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when the need arises!

, You'll also support managers on a wide range of issues such as: investigations, disciplines, grievances, performance, wellbeing / absence issues and probation reviews

, Support internal communications to ensure they are effective and in line with our culture and values
, Help improve our onboarding of new starters/ induction process

, Project work as and when required
, Support the delivery of training
, Help with Occupational Health referrals where necessary

What we are looking for:
, A strong background in dealing with a variety of ER issues such as probation reviews, investigations, disciplinary or absence issues, redundancy, TUPE, including note taking and ideally have led some ER cases from a HR perspective
, Experience of devising and implementing people strategies
, Proven change management skills
, It's fast paced and always changing so you need to be up for the challenge, always ready to adapt and to get stuck in
, Agile with a growth mindset, you will really care about our business.

You get that you are a role model for and a custodian of our culture and will always put your best self forward.
, We've got a coaching style with our managers; we work together to help find the best solutions, so you'll need to show us your coaching and problem-solving skills
, Awesome communication skills with the ability to use your style to maximise impact
, Embody our values of: Make a genuine difference, seek constant improvement, have fun and look after each other, and make training simple.
, Able to influence stakeholders
