Service Coordinator

2X Service Controller-Leeds

An opportunity has come up for two positions as a Service Controller role in Leeds starting on a temporary basis in the view to move to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of Planned Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive works for the assigned clients
  • Updating system with new work orders and allocating to either in house engineer(s) or approved subcontractors 
  • Ensuring Engineer workloads are manageable and reassigning according to geography, absence
  • etc to maintain engineer productivity.
  • To build working relationships with clients, engineers and subcontractors by telephone and email.
  • To manage email enquiries within Service Centre Target Turnaround Times.
  • To plan out of hours visits with clients to ensure access is enabled.
  • Where required, update Client systems with progress up to completion
  • Managing quotations from Subcontractors through to approval and issuing Purchase Orders
  • Ensuring all completed works have relevant paperwork attached and the system updated to close
  • down the Work Order.
  • Liaising with subcontractors to ensure that all RAMS and method statements are received at the
  • site(s) in advance of attendance.
  • Daily monitoring of any Overdue work orders on the system, chasing engineers or subcontractors
To be considered:
  • Ideally work within the  Facilities Management environment - scheduling work for engineers / planning etc
  • Good computer skills 
  • Confident telephone manner 
  • Good administration skills
