Automotive Service Advisor job in Basildon, Essex

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + Bonus
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays

The company prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.



Key tasks as a Service Advisor include:



*Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner


*Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken


*Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs 

Requirements for the role of Service Advisor include:



*A full valid driving licence is essential for this role


*Previous experience as a Service Advisor


*Previous main dealership or Kerridge experience would be desirable
