Location: Crewe
Type: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £21,800

Summary of Role:
Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop and specialises in printer consumables, printers and stationery supplies.

Customer service is our passion and we are looking for an organised and efficient Customer Service Administrator to support our busy Customer Service team with varied administrative duties.

This will be an interesting role as no two days will be exactly the same.

The team is friendly and professional and we provide our staff with great training, excellent benefits and a competitive salary, which is reviewed annually.

This is a brand new role in the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
, Provide an amazing customer service experience for customers
, Ad hoc administration duties, as required
, Communicate with team members and the wider business to obtain information as necessary in order to keep customer service issues to a minimum
, Action refund requests for customers
, Resolve pending order issues
, Work to a high level of integrity, alert senior staff to security risks or fraudulent purchases
, Follow up delivery claims and monitor credits and payments
, Address issues and make appropriate decisions regarding upgrades, refunds etc.
, Investigate queries regarding stock or payments.

Report any issues to senior staff

Skills Required:
, Experience in an administrative role where you have prioritised your workload, worked in an organised manner and provided an excellent level of support to your team
, A genuine passion and interest for Customer Service- a real ‘people person'
, Confident IT user with good typing skills and familiar with Microsoft systems including emails, Excel and data processing
, Naturally positive communicator- both written and verbal
, Excellent attention to detail
, Maintain a flexible approach for the needs of the business.

Able to prioritise workload and assist as needed in line with job description
, Ability to problem solve.

You will want to solve issues and help our customers
, Team player with a positive attitude
