An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across parts of West Sussex/ Hampshire/ Berkshire regions with sites in Hastings, Brighton, Worthing, Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading, Slough, Crawley. 

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile-Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail and commercial office contract based in West Sussex/ Hampshire/ Berkshire Regions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile-Fabric Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

• PPMs
• flushing,
• tap temps
• fire alarm tests,
• emergency lighting flick tests  

• Basic Salary of up to £32,000
• 1 in 6 Call Out Rota (1 in 6 Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent)
• Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
• 23 days holiday

• Level 1/ 2 carpentry / joinery OR Level 1 / 2 plumbing OR Level 1 / 2 painting & decorating
• Driving license
• experienced FM fabric maintenance engineer
• BPSS Checks
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
