We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hands on Service Manager to join our client in West Norfolk

Service Manager duties include:

• Managing the service team and technicians
• Making sure customer service is kept extremely high at all times
• Ensuring that processes and standards are adhered to

• Previous experience in a similar role or senior service role
• Brilliant communication and leadership skills
• Being a hands on Manager with drive and enthusiasm
• A valid drivers’ licence
