Exciting opportunity to work for one of the most luxurious hotel's situated in West London.

CBW is currently recruiting for a night shift engineer to be based on a unique Hotel environment.

The successful candidate's will have an all-around understanding of most building services duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally from a Hotel background.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out electrical maintenance as a shift engineer or fabric PPM's and reactive maintenance dependant on your background across a large hotel. 

 

Hours of work

Night Shift Engineer - 5 days a week - 11pm - 07:30am - £20.00 per hour


Requirements

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally from a Hotel background
• An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry etc)
• Shift engineers will be required to have City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical & 17th/18th Edition
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
