The main function of a Service Advisor is to manage and control the running of the service department along side the Service Manager.

You will drive and develop the staff and continue to improve customer satisfaction, including improving processes and efficiency's as well as marketing the service department to continue growth through this busy franchise department.

Experience & Requirements for a Service Advisor

It is essential that you have previous experience within a  Service Department.

The ideal person will have previous experience of being a Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Manager, be a good communicator, well organised, set high standards and can deliver results.



A full UK driving licence is essential.
