Salary: £18,500 basic salary (£19,000 after 6 months), £25,000 - £30,000 OTE
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm

Key tasks as a Service Advisor include:

Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs 
Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy

Requirements for the role of Service Advisor include:

A full valid driving licence is essential for this role
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Experience using Kerridge or a similar DMS
