Clinical Unit Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Croxteth, Liverpool area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, dementia nursing and convalescence.

The home is split across five buildings, care for short or long term, nursing and residential dementia care, nursing, respite, convalescence and palliative care

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care


• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff


• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services


• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Previous experience in a nursing management role


• Must have a proven track record in delivering good care results


• A good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £45,858 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Day Shifts.
