Maintenance Supervisor- Foot Mobile - FM Service Provider –London Bridge - Up to £45,000 per annum + Zones 1-3 Travel Card

 

A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company.

My client is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based across a commercial maintenance contract and a portfolio of buildings on a foot mobile basis.


The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and must hold previous supervisory experience, The successful candidate will be from a strong technical background and have experience managing a large multi-site contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 10+ Buildings on the portfolio and a growing engineering team.

The role is perfect for an experienced supervisor or someone looking to make the next step in their career.




Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory tasks.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

Report directly into the Contract Manager

Assist the Account Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract

Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts

Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager

Arrange specialist sub-contractors

Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)

Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits

Attend client meetings if required

Manage Engineering Team

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot & Colds)

 

Hours of Work & Salary

 

Up to £45,000 per annum

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Zones 1-3 Travel Card

08:00am to 17:00pm

25 Days Holiday

 

Requirements

 

Electrically or Mechanically qualified

C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential

You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Experience of service delivery in high profile office

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.

Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload

Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget

Attend client meetings if required

Offer technical support to the Contract Manager, client and onsite maintenance team
