Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Offices – Central London - Up to £37,000 

 

Exciting opportunity to work for a for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Central London.

I am currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to look after a Commercial Office building in London.

The successful candidate will be Mechanical qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance.

He or she will carry out all aspects of planned and reactive mechanical/plumbing maintenance including some Installation work across this Commercial office.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £38,000, overtime and a great package. 

 

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm
• Overtime paid at 1.5 after 40 hours work has been completed
• During busy periods, you may be asked to be flexible with working hours (Inclusive of possible weekend work)

• Basic Salary of up to £37,000

• NVQ Level 2/3 or higher in Mechanical, Plumber, Heating or Ventilation
• A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance
• Happy to cover a portfolio of high end properties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties and travel
• Full driving license (In case you are required to use the company pool car)
• Committed to/looking for a long term role
• Oversee / Supervise specialist sub contractors
  Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence and on call assistance
