Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Up to £40,000 + Van and fuel card

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London.

CBW are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial office and high end residential contracts covering multiple sites doing 1 day a week in Reading, 2 days a week in Alyesbury and 2 days a week within London and the M25.

The successful candidates will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial / high end residential building maintenance. 

This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £40,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities
Carry out PPLM & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot & Colds etc)
Ensuring log books are kept up to date
Escorting specialist sub contractors
Assisting other engineers
Offering technical support
This is an M&E contract, so therefore there will be very little plumbing and fabric work

Hours of work
Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm (Can be Flexible) 
1 day a week based on a site in Reading
2 days a week based on a site in Aylesbury
2 days a week based across various sites across London and the M25


Requirements
City & Guilds – electrically / mechanically qualified – level 2
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial or High end residential building maintenance
An understanding of commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
