Sales Exec

Sales Exec required by our market leading client based in Manchester. aims to maximise the effectiveness of the  Consultants by generating high quality leads, providing campaign support and contacting leads.

This will be a targeted role and regular training will be required.

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Identify potential opportunities with clients and book appointments for the sales team
· Undertaking both outbound and inbound calls
· Develop creative sales pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
· Maintain and develop individual sales pipeline

Experience/knowledge/skills:
· Ability to persuade and influence to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Strong attention to detail
· Flexible in approach, to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
· Organised with the ability to prioritise workload
· Motivated to exceed sales targets
