Sales Support Administrator

Sales Support Administrator required by a leading provider of management solutions, providing clients with bespoke, innovative solutions to ensure all requirements are delivered.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Sales Support Administrator to join our Commercial Department.
As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting both the internal and external team members deliver a first-class service experience.



Main duties and responsibilities:

• Completing a range of administrative tasks to assist in delivering a seamless client onboarding process.
• Work in accordance with service level agreements to facilitate a smooth internal sales flow
• Liaise across multiple internal departments in order to provide status updates to Line Management
• Liaising with clients when required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive in approach
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Organised, disciplined and ideally having experience of CRM software
