Salary: - Up to £30,000 + Package

I am currently working with one of the UK's biggest contractors operating at Tier 1 level, I am recruiting for their East Midlands division which is one of their most successful regions.

They operate across all construction discipline projects ranging from: Education, Healthcare, Commercial, MOD & Multi room.

As a Document Controller, you will be providing support to their project teams by making sure that design information/ documentation/ forms/ snagging and defects are retrieval by site teams.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Providing support to the design team


• Previous experience with Viewpoint


• Manage Fieldview for the project teams by uploading and calibrating drawings, inviting members, package creation, creating form distribution and on-going best practice management of the data with regular audits/ reporting


• Generate and issue internal/ external reports


• Providing support with the workflow process, RDD, RFI, Change Control and linking information to virtual contrainers within our CDE


• Ensuring all communication between site & design teams are kept up to date


• Managing audit site reports and ensuring they are compliant with BMS procedures

Experience: -

• Experience of using Viewpoint for Projects, desired but not essential


• Experience of using FieldView, desired by not essential


• Knowledgeable of Microsoft suite of packages


• A Degree and/ or experience of working in information management or related field.
